(alternatively, our liability shall be limited to damages which under no circumstance shall exceed the cost of the product and / or services purchased and agreed upon).
Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lockdown, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, global pandemic restrictions or any other event beyond reasonable control of either party.
