Denise Simons our founder has a telemarketing history along with being a sales orientated/customer services manager who also has been a regional sales manager. Denise’s experience led to the request to form an outbound telesales company with her proven history.
When Relate Communications was created, as part of our philosophy we did not create a dedicated call centre, but we instead wanted to have the ability to work remotely with people able to work from wherever they wanted in a positive environment. In these current times it is work as “normal” for us from our home-based "office bubbles".
